A simple fitness test is the ability to do push-ups. I’ve laxed A LOT on my P90X workout and figured I’d ramp up simple again. One Hundred Pushups is a 6 week training program where the end result will be the ability to do 100 consecutive pushups. They even have an iPhone app that will guide you through the workout and enter reminders in your calendar for the next workout!
